You will have 3 months from date of purchase to complete the course. Once you have completed the final assessment or after the expiry of 3 months, whichever is the earlier, your Participant access will expire as well as access to the site, downloadable resources, private forum and 1-on-1 or group coaching calls. You will however continue to have email access to us if you have questions.
You will have 2 days from date of enrollment to complete the assessment. Once you have completed the final assessment or after the expiry of 2 days, whichever is the earlier, your Participant access will expire as well as access to the site. You will however continue to have email access to us if you have questions.
The course content and materials are identical. The difference lies in the manner of presentation and periods of completion, as described above. The Group course is live and interactive and particularly suited for practitioners in the same spa and somatology/beauty schools and training centres, whereas the Online course is presented in video format and better suited to individual practising therapists, spa managers/owners, lecturers and students who would prefer to complete the course on their own time schedule and who can not dedicate two continuous days for course attendance.
Yes, you will be issued with a certificate once you have completed any of the two courses and achieved a score of at least 75% for the final assessment.
All the course materials are copyright protected and may not be shared without our written permission. As a course participant you may, however, use the sustainability reports and policies within your business.
The courses have been accredited by ITEC, World Spa Association and the South African Association for Health and Skincare Professionals (SAAHSP).
You will need regular access to a computer with speakers/sound and internet connection. / (Group course) We recommend using a headset, microphone and webcam (Audio only classes are also available).

Required software: The most recent version of Adobe Reader.
Internet speed: A minimum download speed of 1.5 Mbps is required for admission, which is commonly the speed associated with a basic DSL or a cellular/satellite connection. A faster connection, such as cable or fiber service, will further enhance your online experience. A Wi-Fi connection is generally acceptable, but is dependent upon one of the two services mentioned above.
Other devices: While tablets, smartphones and other mobile devices may allow for completion of some of the course work, they are not guaranteed to be effective in all circumstances. Please ensure you have a PC or Mac based computer available to complete course work. We advise against the completion of quizzes and the final assessment when using a mobile device, such as a smartphone or tablet, due to compatibility issues.
